Komment : Purtroppo, nonostante avessi acquistato anche il kit easy start e il vostro fertilizzante, un seme non ha mai germogliato e gli altri due hanno germogliato ma poi non sono cresciuti e sono morti. Ho seguito perfettamente tutte le istruzioni da voi indicate. Non sono quindi in grado di esprimere un parere positivo. Dovrei piantare un seme ricevuto in omaggio ma non è della stesso tipo degli altri che avevo acquistato. Sono molto titubante sull'effettuare un altro acquisto perchè su tre semi nemmeno una piantina è nata.

Komment : Commande arrivée rapidement, petits problèmes en début de croissance (mal identifiés, mais RQS est là et rattrape le coup volontiers ; ma faute certainement, gaffe à l'arrosage). Du coup envoi de trois nouvelles graines en dépannage, MERCI ça c'est pro et ça donne envie de revenir (d'ailleurs c'était pas la première commande). La petite pousse bien, petit bonsaï rigolo, odeur jusqu'ici très discrète (reste deux semaines avant récolte, GGNNNNN patience) et super agréable (agrumes / pamplemousse sucré). Si j'y pense deux petites phrases après vapo. Tschuss !

Komment : Die 5 Samen sind alle gekeimt und wachsen gut! Gab nur ein Problem mit meinem gratis Samen der ist leider nicht aufgegangen. Aber sonst voll zufrieden. Die Samen bzw der Karton waren auch sehr gut verpackt. Gerne wieder.

Komment : Penso che la serietà di un'azienda si riconosca -tra le altre cose- nella risoluzione dei problemi. Ma partiamo dall inizio: Ho già comprato semi da RQS in passato e mi sono trovato sempre molto bene, conoscevo già Royal Dwarf e apprezzo questa cultivar soprattutto per la discrezione di questa piccola pianta e per la sua facilità di crescita. Quest anno l ho ri ordinata e come al solito la spedizione è stata discreta e superveloce. Molto carini anche i gadget all'interno del pacco. Tuttavia ho avuto un problema parziale in germinazione e sono stato assistito da RQS che devo ammettere ha più che risolto il problema, infatti sinceramente ho avuto più di quello che ho perso, e ci tengo a sottolineare ancora che questo è un trattamento non comune al giorno d oggi. L Azienda lavora prodotto vivo e su tantissimi ordini ben riusciti il problema può capitare, si ma nel caso sappiate che il servizio d assistenza è ottimo. Grazie RQS!
